Sand Lake Elementary in Orlando had to find a technology solution that would help them meet state and national testing standards. "Classworks" is the school's computer program that "correlates to national and state multisensory standards and state tests and includes prescriptive and summative assessment, remediation, and reporting tools." Sand Lake is also using "Classworks Language Learner Series" which targets ESL learners with multisensory learning components. This program is great! Not only does it keep track of each student's progress, but it has different levels for children with different needs by challenging high-level students and providing additional support for low-level students. This is a program that appears to have no limitations in regards to only aiding low-level students. It is a great way to use technology and using this program for school's main computer program.
